食材 Ingredients
3顆蛋黃 3 yolks 60g
檸檬汁 lemon juice 15g
飲用水water 15g
植物油 oil 30g
低筋麵粉 cake flour 55g(過篩sifted)
3顆蛋白 3 egg white 90g
細砂糖 caster sugar 45g
糖霜裝飾 icing
檸檬汁 lemon juice 12g
糖粉 icing sugar 65g(sifted過篩)
做法(預熱烤箱160度) Methods (preheat oven to 160C)
1. 先拌勻蛋黃, 油, 飲用水, 檸檬汁, 再加入低粉拌勻
Mix egg yolk, oil, water and lemon juice first. Then add cake flour and mix well
2. 打發蛋白與細砂糖直到堅挺
Beat egg white and sugar until firm.
3.混合1與2, 倒入6吋戚風蛋糕模(或杯子蛋糕紙杯也可以)放入烤箱烤約25-35分鐘 直到牙籤插入取出後不沾麵糊即可
Gently stir egg yolk mixture(1) with meringue (2) well, then pour the batter into a 6 inch chiffon cake mold.
Place the cake in the oven for 35 mins until a toothpick is inserted in the cake and it comes out clean.
4.(蛋糕取出後放涼) 製作糖霜, 混合檸檬汁與糖粉, 淋在放涼後的蛋糕上即完成
After the cake is completed cool, mix lemon juice and icing sugar together. Then pour the icing on the cake.
