Ingredients
Pinch of cinnamon 少許肉桂粉
Pinch of salt 少許鹽
1/8 teaspoon
vanilla extract 香草精
1 egg yolk 蛋黃
Sugar for coating 糖 (覆蓋用)
Method
1. In a large bowl, beat up soft butter,
vanilla extract and sugar until the mixture is creamy but not airy.
2. Gently stir flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon
and salt into the dough.
3. Wrap the dough and chill for 30 minutes
4. form the dough into a log
5. chill the log for 1-2 hours
6. (preheat the oven 180C ) brush yolk on the log and roll it on sugar
7. slice the log
8. bake the cookies for 15-20 mins (depends
on how thick the cookies are)
1. 將奶油,香草精,糖一起打成略泛白的乳黃色
2. 將低筋麵粉,可可粉,肉桂粉,鹽拌入1中
3. 將麵糰包起來,冷凍30分鐘
4. 將麵糰揉成長條型
5. 在冷凍1-2小時
6. (預熱烤箱180C)刷蛋黃在麵糰上,用糖將麵糰覆蓋
7. 將麵糰切成小圓片
8. 烤15-20 分鐘(看餅乾厚薄)
