Laduree luxury cakes and pastries are famous for their macaroons.
I would recommend arriving early, because there is always a long queue waiting outside of the store.

英國與法國: Poilane 巴黎傳奇麵包店


這是非常不一樣的巴黎麵包坊,在裡面你看不到一般在其他麵包坊的產品,例如棍子麵包,牛角,可頌.........
這家店堅持只賣自己獨特的產品用老麵糰經過長時間發酵的麵包sourdough.
從1932年到現在,堅持一樣沒變, 即使是吃慣棍子麵包的法國人也推崇.

It is a very different bakery in Paris. Parisians normally use white flour for bread such as like baguettes, but the founder of this bakery preferred breads made from darker flour and sourdough with very long fermentation. His standards of bread making are steadfast. Every loaf is made traditionally by hand and baked in a wood-fired oven.
